All That's Good
The world tells us repeatedly through the headlines that the world is a dangerous, confusing place. Social media shows us through global tragedies and interpersonal conflicts that the only choice we all have is to hunker down where we are and just try to survive. But what if God wants more from us than survival? What if He has a plan to restore the goodness of the world and we are part of that plan? In All That’s Good, Hannah invites us to embrace discernment as a part of God’s work of redemption. By learning to see the world as He sees it—in all its brokenness and beauty—you’ll learn to navigate it with confidence and hope. Join in this journey to wisdom.
In All That’s Good, Hannah invites us to walk through Philippians 4:7-9, the “Whatever Passage”. She shares the simply beautiful pieces of her life and how God wants us to seek out and see whatever is true, beautiful, just, and lovely in this world. We were made for it and seeking out Whatever is, is part of growing in wisdom and discernment of what is of God and what is of destruction. I’m thankful for Hannah’s voice, this is the first book of hers that I have read, and I will be checking out her other books. She writes with honesty and simple and real vulnerability. As I embrace what is next in my life, the real unknown of inconstancy found in post grad life, I crave to seek and find the Whatever is that God wants me to seek and maybe taste and experience life for the first time. I highly recommend All That’s Good, especially if you are needing and seeking a place to find wisdom in your life.
